30-day return policy. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in their original packaging, along with proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at support@thornburylondon.com. Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Sale items and gift cards are final sale. EU customers have a 14-day cooling-off period in addition to the above.
